Because each piece is individually crafted, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are available for our handmade craft products.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your handmade craft item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
  • The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Orders: Handmade items created specifically to your specifications are non-returnable unless they are defective or significantly different from what was agreed upon
  • Personalized Items: Products that have been personalized, engraved, or customized cannot be returned
  • Damaged Items: Items that have been damaged due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during special sales or promotions may have different return terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions if your return is eligible.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  6. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines:

  • Please do not use or attempt to repair damaged items, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different handmade craft product:

  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Once the return is processed and refunded, you can place a new order for the desired item
  • We cannot guarantee that a specific item will be available for exchange, as our handmade crafts are often one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The item was significantly different from its description

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Xexvalonbrzexur is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
