Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your handmade craft item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom Orders: Handmade items created specifically to your specifications are non-returnable unless they are defective or significantly different from what was agreed upon
- Personalized Items: Products that have been personalized, engraved, or customized cannot be returned
- Damaged Items: Items that have been damaged due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear
- Sale Items: Products purchased during special sales or promotions may have different return terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions if your return is eligible.
- Package Securely: Package the item securely in its original packaging, if available, or in appropriate protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines:
- Full Refund: If the item is returned in original condition within 14 days, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different handmade craft product:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Once the return is processed and refunded, you can place a new order for the desired item
- We cannot guarantee that a specific item will be available for exchange, as our handmade crafts are often one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective or damaged
- We sent the wrong item
- The item was significantly different from its description
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Xexvalonbrzexur is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item:

- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
